Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interiors construction project management.
Bachelor's degree.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interiors construction projects.
Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates.
Lead and motivate project teams, including Superintendents, subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
Ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
