About The Position

KONE is a global leader in elevators, escalators, and automatic building doors, dedicated to improving urban life through innovative solutions. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for our Dallas, TX location to manage commercial elevator construction projects. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring worksite safety and compliance, managing project timelines using tools like Microsoft Project or SAP, identifying risks and opportunities, and overseeing financial aspects such as cash flow and forecasting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining schedules, tracking project resources, managing procurement (subcontracts and vendors), and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle by using metrics and addressing punch-list items.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant construction project management expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for ensuring safety on worksites and prepared to audit compliance.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Project or SAP.
  • Keen eye for picking up risks/opportunities through contracts, on sites, etc.
  • Sound financial acumen, including managing cash flow of budget and forecasting.

Responsibilities
