About The Position

DJCA Cornerstone is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager / Owner's Representative to manage projects on behalf of owners from concept through completion. This is a client-side role where you will represent the owner's best interests, driving coordination, accountability, and project success from a leadership perspective. Requirements

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience (GC, CM, or owner-side experience welcome)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related experience
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and documentation
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & MS Project
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid NYS driver's license (some travel required)

Nice To Haves

  • AutoCAD a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects representing the owner's interests
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and project reporting
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Review and track change orders, invoices, and progress billing
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation
  • Lead and participate in project meetings
  • Conduct site visits and inspections (quality, safety, progress)
  • Maintain detailed project logs and reports
  • Support permitting, design coordination, and document review
