The Construction Project Manager leads the development of LIHI's Tiny House Villages and other capital improvement projects throughout the Puget Sound region. This position is responsible for managing the full development lifecycle, from site feasibility, budgeting, design, and permitting through construction and occupancy. The Construction Project Manager supervises members of the construction team and coordinates with contractors, consultants, municipal agencies, and volunteers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive manager who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigate complex development and construction issues, and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
