Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
5+ years of management or leadership experience strictly within the restoration or construction industry.
Hands-on experience in construction management and site supervision.
Ability to travel up to 25% locally to jobs sites, trainings, and company events (as needed).

Responsibilities

Successfully lead and manage all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.
Coordinate vendors, tradesmen, and sub-contractors for repairs.
Manage an on-site Foreman for each active project.
Order construction materials and approve purchase orders.
Align budgets with project estimates and collect accounts receivable.
Negotiate and communicate directly with insurance carriers and property owners.
Provide weekly status reports on all active jobs to clients and management.
Monitor job sites for safety violations, quality control, and training needs.
Participate in a weekly manager "on-call" rotation for emergencies.
Coach and develop team members to execute reconstruction projects.
Conduct 90-day, mid-year, and annual performance reviews for direct reports.
Resolve issues between carriers, owners, vendors, and tradesmen.
