Requirements

• Experience in construction project management or similar leadership role
• Experience leading field teams (superintendents, subcontractors, etc.)
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety, and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple projects without letting details slip

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with insurance/restoration projects is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff to closeout—timeline, budget, and quality
• Manage subcontractors with clear expectations and accountability
• Ensure jobs are fully documented, compliant, and audit-ready
• Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they escalate
