About The Position

United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 2020. UIS is a U.S. subsidiary of United Integrated Services Co., Ltd. (UIS Taiwan) which was founded in Taiwan in 1982. UIS is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction company. We provide fully integrated design-build services to our clients in the high-technology industry for their manufacturing facility needs. Our scope of services includes engineering design, high-tech factory planning, and on-time equipment and material delivery in which clean-room systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and tool hook-up, are all vital parts in need of total coordination. Summary: The Construction Project Manager will oversee semiconductor manufacturing facility projects, including MEP systems, budget management, team leadership, and quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of work experience in construction engineering, electrical design, or a related field.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Design team, QAQC team, Project Administration team, systems engineers and construction personnel, providing mentorship and guidance for semiconductor
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule all aspects of construction projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems, architecture system, Air Abatement System, structural systems, fire protection systems, and Facilities Management Control Systems (FMCS).
  • Lead and supervise design engineers to deliver world-class, code-compliant cleanroom and MEP design that meet all customer requirements from sketch.
  • Drive schedule and quality of subcontractors to meet challenging schedule requirements, managing construction activities, quality control procedures, and safety plans.
  • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders including clients, city officials, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and regulatory compliance records throughout all project phases.
  • Manage project resources including workforce allocation, materials handling, and procurement activities to meet project needs.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Conduct inspections of systems engineering materials deliveries, storage, and ongoing installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of quality control procedures to ensure work meets project specifications and standards, including QA/QC oversight and quality enhancement activities.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, coordinating with city inspections and Engineer of Record (EOR) consulting requirements.
