About The Position

The Construction Project Manager oversees all phases of a construction project from planning through completion, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with plans, contracts, and regulations. This role coordinates contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders while managing schedules, costs, quality, and risks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Several years of construction project management experience
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read construction plans and specifications
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage construction activities from start to finish
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
  • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications for compliance
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Conduct site meetings and progress inspections
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, permits, and regulations
  • Track costs, approve invoices, and control project expenditures
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders
