Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution and delivery of a design-build construction project. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant construction project experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in construction/project management tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide construction management and administrative oversight for a design-build project.
  • Support senior leadership in ensuring contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Monitor construction progress, document activities, and identify/report potential issues or deficiencies.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including inspectors, schedulers, estimators, safety personnel, and document control.
  • Collaborate with design, program controls, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Interface with contractor teams to facilitate project execution.
  • Identify, track, and ensure resolution of deficient work and corrective actions.
  • Enforce project policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Oversee contractor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
