Construction Project Manager
About The Position
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee both residential and commercial reconstruction projects. From start to finish, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Unlike new construction, our rebuild projects present unique challenges, and no two days are the same. You will interact daily with subcontractors, in-house craftsmen, property managers, and insurance professionals. This position offers the opportunity to work with both commercial and residential property owners while partnering with some of the best subcontractors in the industry. As your skills grow, you will have the chance to take on increasingly complex projects. For the right person, this role can lead to the next step in your career as a Construction Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team oriented.
- Ability to communicate with both residential and commercial property owners.

- Experience working with time and materials.
- Xactimate estimating experience.
- Contractor's license preferred.
