About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience to lead and oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. Salary: $100,000-125,000/year #LAT
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (e.g., office buildings, retail, healthcare, multifamily, or industrial)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software
- $100,000 - $125,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones
- Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and change order management
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
