The Construction Project Manager leads affordable housing and community development projects from preconstruction through closeout, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract negotiation, site supervision, and regulatory compliance. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for project delivery, partnering with the Real Estate Developer, Real Estate Development Analyst, Acquisition Specialist/Analyst, and Development Coordinator, along with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification. Success in this role requires a high degree of self-direction, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize competing demands across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. The Construction Project Manager plays an essential part in advancing Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp.’s mission of providing quality affordable housing, supporting both new construction and the rehabilitation of acquired properties as we continue to grow our portfolio across the western United States.
