The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the full execution, financial performance, and successful delivery of assigned construction projects. This role owns project planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and field execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements and company standards. The Construction Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, leads coordination across field leadership, subcontractors, and internal support teams, and actively manages risk, change, and performance from contract award through project closeout. This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $100,000-$145,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience. Position is based on site at project locations in South Dakota and North Dakota and requires approximately 50% travel, or as needed, to support project execution.
