About The Position
CPM Builders is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end luxury retail interior projects across the East Coast, with a strong focus on Florida markets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering premium spaces with precision, quality, and craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Spanish language proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Relevant experience in high-end commercial construction and/or luxury retail interiors
- Proven ability to manage tight timelines and complex builds
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must reside in South Florida
- Willingness to travel across the East Coast / Florida as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control
- Ensure projects meet brand standards and exceed client expectations
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously in active retail environments
