About The Position

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) to provide independent Quality Assurance (QA) by acting as the owner’s representative. Submittal Management: The CMa receives and reviews contractor submittals (shop drawings, product data) for accuracy and completeness, in concert with the architect. Site Observations & Nonconforming Work: The CMa is responsible for personal observation of the work's quality and progress, notifying the owner of any non-conforming or defective work, and, with the architect, rejecting it. Testing and Documentation: CMa schedules required materials testing and inspections, monitors and reports on project performance, and ensures contractor documentation (record drawings, O&M manuals) is accurate and complete.
