About The Position

KONE is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Costa Mesa area. This role involves managing commercial elevator construction projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring worksite safety and compliance, and utilizing project management tools like Microsoft Project or SAP. The ideal candidate will identify risks and opportunities through contracts and site inspections, and possess strong financial acumen for budget management and cash flow forecasting. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining schedules, tracking project resources (material, labor), managing procurement (subcontracts, vendors), and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle by addressing punch-list items.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant construction project management expertise.
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Project or SAP.
Sound financial acumen, including managing cash flow of budget and forecasting.
