About The Position
Oversees the planning, design, implementation and tracking of short term and long term construction projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or in a related field is required.
- Four years of construction experience in institutional construction, facilities planning, or healthcare is required.
- One year of experience in physical plant operations and construction - building renovations is required.
Nice To Haves
- PMP preferred.
