Construction Project Manager

Requirements
- At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spaces
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee restoration projects
- Lead teams
- Ensure exceptional customer service from start to finish
- Ensure accurate scopes of work and prepare estimates using industry-specific software
- Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals with customers and clients
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews, assets, and subcontractors
- Review job site documentation and ensure proper billing and compliance with client requirements
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
- Manage production expenses, including labor, equipment, vehicles, and materials
- Lead, coach, and develop restoration team members
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new teammates
- Manage customer satisfaction and support a positive client experience
- Provide priority responses to potential customers as needed
