As our Construction Project Manager, you will own a variety of action items including, but not limited to, maintaining/updating the agreed upon schedule, status of project resources (including material, labor, etc.), and procurement related responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors). You would ensure quality is addressed throughout the project life cycle through metrics and acting on punch-list items.

Requirements

  • 2 + years of relevant construction project management expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree or 7 + years of relevant working experience.
  • Sound financial acumen, such as managing cash flow of budget and forecasting.
  • Ability to pick up risks/opportunities through outlets such as contracts, on sites, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage own commercial elevator construction projects.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders surrounding assigned projects.
  • Ensure safety on worksites and audit compliance.
  • Utilize a variety of tools to ensure the scope of the project is being met within timelines, such as Microsoft Project or SAP.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through outlets such as contracts and on-site observations.
  • Manage cash flow of budget and forecasting.
  • Maintain/update the agreed upon schedule.
  • Track the status of project resources (including material, labor, etc.).
  • Manage procurement responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors).
  • Ensure quality is addressed throughout the project life cycle through metrics and acting on punch-list items.
