About The Position

Home Genius Exteriors is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join their team. The Project Manager will manage all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation. This role requires strong window measurement experience for residential replacement windows. Requirements

Valid driver's license and capability of driving to, from, and between sites as needed.
High school diploma or GED.
1-3 years of Project Management Experience.
Professionalism is VERY important.
Self-motivation and discipline.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
Highly evolved customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
Conduct precise measurements at each job site to confirm orders of products.
Communicate the agreement between the company and the customer.
Identify alternative courses of action and negotiate directly with the customer to alter specific terms of the plan as appropriate.
Analyze all legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
Recruit, screen, and manage crew members and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are completed to specification at the end of every project.
Ensure HGE safety regulations are followed.
Maintain high standards of workmanship.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
