About The Position

Doyle Construction Company seeks a Construction Project Manager to manage projects from inception to construction completion. This role involves directing and coordinating day-to-day construction operations to ensure successful delivery and meet deadlines. The Project Manager will work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing internal and external resources, and managing expectations on schedules. Responsibilities include negotiating revisions to agreements with architects, consultants, clients, and suppliers, preparing progress and cost tracking reports, identifying and assessing risk in the pre-construction phase, and coordinating and leading the completion of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing commissioning phase.

Requirements

• Two year experience in construction management
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Project, SmartSheets, Bluebeam and Procore
• Master's degree in civil engineering
