As a Steel Erection Project Manager at Kinsley Steel, Inc., you will have the exciting opportunity to take charge of onsite projects. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience
• Prior Project Management experience in steel fabrication/erection or miscellaneous metals
• A valid US driver's license is required
• Understanding mathematics and possessing basic field tools for measurements
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and cost control standards and procedures
• Knowledge of materials methods and tools involved in steel construction

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AISC and PCI standards is preferred
• Familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is preferred
• Knowledge of Tekla and Fabtrol software programs is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage structural steel erection and miscellaneous metals installation projects.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project success, from participating in steel detailing to creating comprehensive schedules.
• Review specifications, prepare critical documents, and maintain detailed reports to track progress.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders, deducts, and proposals with clients.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, fabricators, and other project stakeholders.
