About The Position
DeLeers Construction is expanding its Renovations Department and is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This role will involve working with customers and overseeing residential construction renovations. Key responsibilities include scheduling work, ordering materials, coordinating with trade partners, managing internal employees (carpenters), and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to DeLeers' standards of quality craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Extensive carpentry experience and knowledge to manage construction projects.
- Experience with computer usage.
- Ability to effectively learn new computer programs/software.
Responsibilities
