About The Position

Hodge Western Corp is seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in heavy civil and/or renewable energy projects. The company specializes in technology-driven, specialty underground utility construction across three divisions: Renewables, Rock Trenching, and Directional Drilling. This role is based on-site at their office in either Bentonville, AR, or Central Oregon, with 25-50% travel to project sites. The Project Manager will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate execution of project scopes within contract specifications, including pre-project planning, project execution and oversight, and stakeholder management. Requirements

2+ years of construction industry Project Management (PM, APM) experience
Experience in Utility-Scale Renewable, Heavy Civil, and/or Underground Utility Construction working on the Project Team either as a PM or APM
Ability to work in a fast-paced culture dedicated to team success
Desire to learn and expand foundational skillset to include specialty utility construction
Ability to envision creative solutions to uncommon problems

Nice To Haves

Experience in utility scale renewable energy, heavy civil, and/or underground utilities
Educational background in construction management
PMP certification
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, CAD, Topcon GPS
