About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential renovation and remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion. This role blends detailed estimating, subcontractor coordination, and on-site leadership to ensure high-quality living spaces are delivered on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate brings strong residential construction experience, financial oversight skills, and a client-focused approach to managing home renovation projects.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential construction, remodeling, or renovation project management
Strong estimating, budgeting, and project coordination capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Professional client-facing communication skills
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on craftsmanship and quality standards
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required

Responsibilities

Manage residential construction and remodeling projects from estimating through closeout
Prepare detailed takeoffs, cost estimates, and competitive proposals
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Track job-site progress, change orders, and overall cost performance
Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and expectations
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
