About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager / Estimator to oversee projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. This hybrid role combines detailed cost estimating, scheduling oversight, subcontractor coordination, and on-site leadership to ensure commercial construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial construction experience and the ability to manage both numbers and field operations effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial construction project management and estimating
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
Demonstrated ability to control budgets, schedules, and change orders
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with construction estimating and project management software
Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive bids for commercial construction projects
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scopes to identify risks and ensure accuracy
Develop and manage project schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and procurement timelines
Oversee on-site construction progress to maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence
Track project budgets, manage change orders, and monitor overall profitability
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Support smooth transition from estimating to active project execution
