Role Overview: In this role you will routinely communicates with INDOT employees from all Divisions including Contractor personnel, Consultants, City officials, County officials, Federal Highway Administration(FHWA) personnel, and Central Office personnel for Final Construction Record input or Inventory queries and concern. You will personally meet with the aforementioned stakeholders on an as-needed basis. Maintains timeline database of completed construction contracts up to their transfer to Central Offices. This position will report to the Fort Wayne District Office and will work a normal shift 7.5 hours per day.
