Senior Construction Project Management Specialist (supporting NASA)
About The Position
ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Construction Project Management Specialist to support Operations and Maintenance Task Orders for facilities at the Goddard Space Flight Center. This is an onsite position at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. The role involves managing and supporting all task order projects, facilitating task orders issued by the Government, coordinating contractors and on-site tradesmen, and ensuring compliance with GSFC mandates and specifications. The specialist will communicate with system owners, building managers, and occupants to request system outages, maintain control of task orders, subcontracts, and budgets, and oversee project expenditures. Responsibilities also include leading prebid job walks, working with procurement on subcontract scope of work, and participating in weekly performance meetings with upper management.
Requirements
- Experience in electrical and mechanical systems, installation and code
- Experience and knowledge of outage & LOTO processes, electrical coordination with other trades
- Experience in reviewing, modifying drawings
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
