About The Position

The Beck Group is seeking an experienced Project Executive to join an extraordinary project team. This role involves business development, organization, project financials, schedule, risk management, quality, overall cost control, and client relationships. The Project Executive will be responsible for leading vertical projects over $150 million in scope, multiple projects, integrated projects, or projects of a very complex nature. The position requires supervising the work and development of the project team, delivering excellence and implementing Best Practices for projects and pursuits valued at $150M+ of revenue, and leading personnel development. Key responsibilities include establishing operational priorities, preparing financial plans and status reports, overseeing safety and risk mitigation plans, developing and monitoring project schedules, leading KPI reports and reviews, engaging in business development, and participating in professional organizations.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Construction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience leading a team in response to an RFQ and/or RFP and participating in the client interview process
  • Experience leading a team in the preconstruction process, including the development of estimates and GMP proposals, development of General Conditions and General Requirements, constructability reviews, and target value control exercises
  • Understands the successful pre-project planning effects on the delivery of a project
  • Demonstrated ability to produce phasing plans and project schedules
  • Client development and relationship management
