About The Position

We are looking for Construction Project Engineers (PE) to join our Field Operations team. The project jobsite is located in Norfolk, Virginia on an active military base. PE's provide support for all assigned activities and phases of a commercial construction project from conceptual development to final completion, usually through administrating, organizing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring processes. On large projects, certain project management responsibilities may be delegated to the PE in accordance with one's level of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics. Local candidates will be considered, though relocation to on-site project management will be required for the PE position.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.).
CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications.
Must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base.

Nice To Haves

Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit).
LEED GA credential.
QCM certificate.
