About The Position

RQ Construction is seeking Construction Project Engineer (PE) candidates to join our Field Operations team at Kings Bay Base in Georgia, where we have active building projects for the DoD. PEs provide support across all phases of a commercial construction project-from conceptual development to final completion-by administering, organizing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring processes. On larger projects, certain project management responsibilities may be delegated to the PE depending on experience, knowledge, and skills. Local candidates are preferred, but relocation assistance may be considered for qualified candidates located out of the area.

Requirements

BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience/training)
US Project work experience required
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet) required
CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required (training can be provided)
All candidates considered for hire must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Additionally, all candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable for position being hired for).

Software literacy (Procore, Autodesk Build, RMS/QCS) preferred
LEED GA credential desirable
QCM certificate desirable
