Requirements

Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture
Internship(s) or up to 3-years’ work experience in the commercial construction field
Self-directed with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or 30 hour preferred
LEED accreditation or EIT preferred
Bluebeam, Revit and/or CAD fluency preferred
Knowledge of Procore, CMiC, Microsoft Project, DroneDeploy, a plus

Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate and current project drawings, specifications and document control systems.
Review and process submittals, RFI’s, and change requests
Track material lead time and fabrication status
Facilitate closeout document collection and organization
Assign punchlist to subcontractors and track completion
Take daily progress photos and record construction activities
Assist the team with subcontractor coordination and communication
Prepare daily reports, site safety programs, inspections and observation tracking
Assist with change order requests and time and material tracking
Support preconstruction team with project bid and award process
Assist in facilitating project meetings
Support the project manager and superintendent in the day-to-day management and administration of projects.
Assist project managers with monitoring project financial management
