Construction Project Coordinator - Multifamily Construction

You'll work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and our corporate support teams to keep projects organized, documentation accurate, and construction moving forward. As the Construction Project Coordinator, you'll serve as the administrative hub for multiple active construction projects, partnering with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and our corporate support teams.
Requirements
- Experience supporting commercial or multifamily construction projects in a Project Coordinator, Construction Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Construction Administration role preferred.
- Procore experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Procore experience preferred.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments

Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative support for active construction projects
- Manage construction project documentation, drawings, and project records within Procore.
- Create and maintain project records, contacts, addresses, inspections, and closeout documentation
- Assist with project startup by coordinating job trailers, storage containers, fuel tanks, and utility accounts
- Support subcontractors and vendors by providing Procore training and troubleshooting
- Upload permits and documentation to municipal and fire marshal portals
- Create change events and equipment purchase orders
- Coordinate licensing requirements for current and future projects
- Maintain office supply inventory for field offices
- Attend project meetings, document action items, and help keep project teams aligned.
- Track project documentation and assist with project startup, permitting, closeout, and ongoing administrative coordination.
- Support multiple projects while balancing changing priorities
