About The Position

In this entry-level role, you will support construction project teams across multiple job sites, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, schedule and budget tracking, and the core processes that drive successful construction project delivery. Requirements

  • 0–1 years of experience or internship exposure in construction, facilities management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in construction project management and desire to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic organizational and time-management skills with the ability to support multiple tasks
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or project tracking tools

Nice To Haves

  • College degree (preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Execution: Assist in the coordination and implementation of construction and facilities-related programs, learning best practices in project delivery, safety, and quality standards.
  • Data Tracking & Analysis: Monitor project metrics such as schedules, budgets, and performance indicators. Help track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with Program Implementation: Provide support in rolling out operational processes related to maintenance, custodial, and grounds services across assigned sites.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Help prepare project updates, status reports, and presentations including monthly reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Technology & Systems Support: Learn and assist with tools such as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs.
  • Team & Client Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Training & Development: Participate in on-site learning opportunities, including observing and assisting with training on safety procedures, maintenance protocols, and operational standards.
  • Scheduling & Budget Support: Assist in maintaining project timelines and tracking expenses to support on-time and within-budget project delivery.
  • General Support: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the project team and overall operations.
