The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a Construction Procurement Manager. The Construction Procurement Manager is a senior-level professional responsible for managing complex construction and professional service contracts at the DMV. This includes tasks such as solicitation development, bid and proposal analysis, bond review, contract award, contract management, and other administrative duties. The position plays a crucial role in ensuring that procurement activities support the DMV’s objectives, and are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. support DMV’s mission, objectives, and clients through timely and cost-effective procurement of construction and professional services goods, services and equipment in accordance with state rules, regulations, polices and internal procedures.
