The Payroll Coordinator will be highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in certified payroll and union regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working as part of a 3-person team to process our weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with union agreements, and managing certified payroll reporting requirements. This role demands accuracy, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of payroll systems, labor laws, and union-specific provisions.
