About The Position
We’re Hiring: Construction Operator. Ready to help connect the Midwest? Great Plains Communications is looking for a skilled Construction Operator that isn't afraid of hard work and is ready to travel. You’ll be the engine behind our infrastructure projects—operating heavy machinery like boring machines and cable plows to install state-of-the-art fiber and utility lines.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in the field.
- Ability to handle 100+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.
- Expertise with backhoes, trenchers, and skid loaders.
- A commitment to following safety manuals and looking out for your crew.
