About The Position

At Archadeck Outdoor Living, North America's leading designer and builder of custom outdoor living spaces, we create beautiful outdoor environments including custom decks, screened porches, patios, pergolas, pavilions, and outdoor kitchens. Our reputation has been built on exceptional craftsmanship and an outstanding customer experience. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organized, customer-focused professional to join our team. The Construction Office Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our Owner and Production Team by coordinating project administration, maintaining strong communication with homeowners, and helping ensure projects move efficiently from scheduling through completion. We offer competitive pay, a collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to work with one of the most respected brands in the outdoor living industry. The Construction Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our construction department. This is not a traditional administrative or receptionist position. Instead, this role serves as the operational hub of our production office—coordinating communication, supporting project execution, assisting with scheduling and documentation, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience from the start of construction through project completion. This position serves as the primary administrative liaison between our office, production team, subcontractors, and homeowners throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates professionally, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in helping projects stay on schedule while keeping customers informed every step of the way.
