About The Position

KONE is seeking a Construction & Modernization Supervisor for their Southwest Ontario operations. This role involves managing local installation operations, leading a team on construction sites with multiple subcontractors, and ensuring safety guidelines are implemented and monitored. The supervisor will be responsible for providing learning opportunities for the team, managing schedules, tracking performance, and collaborating across the organization to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies, understand code requirements, and possess building systems knowledge to guide the team. Familiarity with working with general contractors and effectively managing resources is also important.

Requirements

5+ years of construction/modernization expertise.
Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant working experience.
Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.
Understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
