This individual will serve as the owner’s representative, providing on-site leadership by overseeing contractors, driving schedule adherence, coordinating daily field activities, and ensuring project execution remains aligned with overall objectives. This is a leadership-focused role that emphasizes project oversight and stakeholder coordination rather than design-level technical responsibilities.
