About The Position
Falls of Las Villas Apartments is seeking an apartment onsite Construction Manager in South Houston. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests, preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status, and providing outstanding customer service to residents. The position requires a broad range of maintenance skills and experience in multifamily properties.
Requirements
- At least 2 plus years of onsite experience
- Possess valid Identification
- Full Time Position
- Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance repairs required
- Extremely Organized
- Great Communication Skills
- Experience with OneSite
- HVAC Certified
- Electric experience
- Plumbing experience
- HandyMan
- Carpentry
- Must have experience working in multifamily
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Housing property and inspections a plus!
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Paint and pick up grounds
- Painting
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
