We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support our Program Management services in the Gulf Region, primarily supporting clients in Montgomery, AL, with regional travel and/or remote work as needed. The Program Management Group acts as a professional consultant to public and private sector clients, managing individual projects and large-scale building programs. We assist clients with facility needs determination, capital budget development, and the management of all professional and construction service providers to deliver capital projects on time and within budget. This role provides leadership and oversight for technical and administrative management of all program and construction management and contract administration activities for assigned projects. The ideal candidate will be familiar with integrating architectural design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities in commercial and institutional markets, as well as transportation and rail infrastructure projects (track, signal, and related systems).
