About The Position
LRS Federal is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Anniston, AL. This position will be responsible for leading construction and estimating for an upcoming project that would be an 18-month contract, starting on or around November 2, to help oversee the Rehabilitation of Civil Rights Related Structures in Anniston AL.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution, OR a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager or in Estimating on at least three (3) projects of similar size and complexity.

- Experience with healthcare facilities or similarly regulated environments is preferred.

- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC)
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Registered Architect (RA)
- Cost Estimating Experience
