About The Position

The Construction Manager – Packaging (CM) provides leadership, direction, and technical oversight for packaging equipment projects inside fully operational food and beverage manufacturing plants. The CM bridges packaging engineering and field construction: defining packaging equipment scope and specifications up front, then coordinating installation, start-up, and closeout in a live 24/7 plant environment. The CM typically manages multiple small and several medium-sized projects of moderate complexity and supports senior project leaders on larger, complex, or corporate capital projects. The CM helps develop scope documents, including Front End Loadings (FELs) and Technical Briefs, and serves as a technical resource to plant and project teams. The CM predicts and resolves conflicts before they impact the project and delivers timely, cost-effective solutions. The Construction Manager ensures that the client's highest expectations are met by delivering all projects on time, within budget, in a safe manner, and in compliance with people-safety and food-safety standards. This role is a key project team member and does not have direct people-management responsibility. This is a full-time, FLSA-exempt position. It requires at least 40 hours per week, with the ability to work more if necessary, including off-hours and overtime to support plants that operate 24/7.
