Construction Manager Lead Multiple Projects. Build Great Teams. Drive Operational Excellence. We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager who thrives in a fast-paced industrial construction environment. This isn't a role where you're managing one project from behind a desk. You'll oversee multiple active jobs, mentor field leaders, solve complex challenges, and ensure every project is executed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Requirements

Experience managing multiple industrial or structural steel construction projects
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, labor, and productivity
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking
Strong understanding of construction safety, quality, and operational best practices

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple active construction projects simultaneously
Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
Coach and mentor field leadership while promoting accountability and professional growth
Monitor project costs, labor productivity, schedules, and overall performance
Identify trends across projects and proactively implement solutions
Support scheduling, change management, and resource allocation
Champion a strong safety culture across all jobsites
Resolve high-impact issues before they affect project success
Ensure company standards and operational excellence are consistently executed across every project
