This position is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute construction projects in the restoration industry. This role is responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in construction services. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven work experience in construction management.
  • Proficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating software (Level II certification preferred).
  • Superb customer service track record.
  • Extensive leadership, management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Level II certification in Xactimate or similar estimating software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall satisfaction of the customer and client experience.
  • Evaluate and sell projects through educating customers on the construction process.
  • Develop scope of work, review estimates, set expectations, and obtain customer and client approval of project scope of work.
  • Create project schedules and timelines, coordinate and oversee the execution of services, conduct quality assurance activities, and resolve issues.
  • Document and or review job file to support the services provided.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work. Ensure proper permits are acquired.
  • Review project budget, manage expenses and company assets, collect deposits and draws, and assist in collecting final payments.
