Requirements
- Proficient in understanding residential construction systems.
- Technical construction knowledge to understand construction processes and terminology to assist in management of field personnel and systems.
- Computer experience – the ability to use technology (Smart Phone, I-Pad).
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
Nice To Haves
- Prior scattered-site residential construction experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with the customer to build their dream home.
- Schedule trades.
- Ensure the home is built with attention to quality.
- Meet building time expectations.
- Exceed homeowner satisfaction.
- Build assigned homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings with General Manager, Customer Coordinators and homeowners.
