About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and be adept at managing project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of construction management experience
Must be a licensed General Contractor
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Experience in multifamily and affordable housing construction preferred

Some travel may be required

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Coordinate with city officials, inspectors, engineers, and architects.
Review and approve project timelines, contracts, and change orders.
Monitor construction progress and resolve field issues as they arise.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Supervise site personnel and maintain quality control throughout the project.
Provide regular project updates to executive management.
