Construction Manager
About The Position
SAK Construction has an immediate opportunity for a Construction Manager in Detroit, MI. As an industry leader in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, SAK provides an opportunity to work with some of the most talented and accomplished professionals in the industry. This role allows you to improve the quality of drinking water and assist in rebuilding America’s underground infrastructure, making a real difference in people's lives. The Construction Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate many aspects of the successful rehabilitation and repair of sewer and storm water pipes, including excavation, site access, erosion control, bypass pumping, and trenchless rehabilitation activities (CIPP, Geopolymer, Slip lining, etc.). You will also work with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field crews to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field superintendent, Foreman, project engineer, field engineer, or project coordinator role in the construction industry.
- Travel required based on operational needs.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
