About The Position

HC Company is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Construction Management Services team as an Owner's Representative. In this role, you'll represent the owner's interests from pre-construction through project closeout, partnering with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to successfully deliver commercial construction projects. Requirements

3+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Owner's Representative.
Experience with commercial project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Box, and Microsoft Office.
Ability and willingness to travel to project sites, including overnight travel, as project assignments require.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent owners throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and design coordination.
Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and drive accountability.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.
Review change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to keep projects moving forward.
Manage multiple commercial construction projects while delivering exceptional client service.
